Veontra is a cloud-based B2B workspace at veontra.com for teams that work with documents, audio, and visuals. It includes structured field extraction from invoices, receipts, resumes, bank statements, and ID documents; full-text OCR from images; document chat to ask questions about PDFs with page citations; speech-to-text transcription with timestamps and optional speaker labels; and AI image generation from text prompts.

Every tool follows the same principle: AI does the first pass, your team reviews and approves in the application, and approved results can be exported to CSV, Excel, JSON, TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT, and other formats — or, when enabled, to a new Google Sheets spreadsheet in your Google account.

Sign in with Google is an optional feature used only to authenticate your Veontra account (your Google email address). If you choose Export to Google Sheets, Veontra requests permission to create and populate a new spreadsheet you explicitly request — we do not browse or edit your existing Google files.
